Jim Morrison Masturbation Pardon
A cable TV producer from Dayton, Ohio is petitioning Florida Governor Charlie Crist to pardon Doors lead singer Jim Morrison for his conviction for indecent exposure in 1969. Morrison was charged after allegedly pulling down his pants and feigning masturbation after a concert at Dinner Key Auditorium in Coconut Grove. He always denied the charge and died of heart failure in 1971 while his case was still on appeal.
